SURF REPORTDate: 2/16/2012 Time: AM Update Wave Size: Small leftovers again with SW winds 2-3FT seas Surface Cond: Clear water with glassy conditions & light wind. Water Temp: low 60's.... Form: Fair Forecast: Mostly onshore winds continue with warmer temps & another round of surf expected with possible cleanup on Friday am...and again Sunday
